Tripod: The tripod was useful to steady the camera whilst shooting, without it the footage would have been wonky and unsteady. We were able to adjust the tripod legs according to what angle we wanted the clip to be filmed at.
Camera: This is the camera that we used to shoot all of our footage. We were able to experiment with a variety of different camera angles and zooming and panning.
Live Type: We used the programme Live Type in order to create the title for the film. Firstly it was difficult to use, however after a while we got the hang of it and we were able to make a good title for the opening sequence.
Picnik: We used the Picnik programme in order to edit some of our pictures that flash up in the opening sequence. Overall the website was easy to use and navigate and was very useful.

Garageband: We attempted to use Garageband in order to create a soundtrack for our opening sequence. We found it very difficult as we had a range of many different ideas for the kind of soundtrack that we may decide to include in. In the end we decided to use an unsigned band for the soundtrack, and we used Garageband in order to edit and cut the sound clips.

iMovie: We used iMovie for the editing process of our opening sequence. Whilst using this programme we were able to import or footage and edit it by splipping/cutting clips and experimenting with effects, sound and titles.

Blogger: We used the website blogger to upload information, pictures and clips during the research and planning stage. Each blog post is in date order, we were able to arrange each of the posts and update any information that may have been missing. This was very useful during the process as we were able to dicuss ideas as a group.

iTunes: We used iTunes to upload the song that we wanted to use as our soundtrack from a CD, from here we uploaded this into iMovie. This is a programme that we were all familar with a before the beginning of the project.
