Costume Idea

As a group we have been looking at various different capes on websites such as Ebay, Fancydressme and Amazon. We decided that it might be better to have a modern red hooded jacket instead of a cape because our opening sequence is based around a modern twist of a fairytale so we thought by using a modern coat instead of a cape it would help emphasise on the 'twist'. I had a red rain mac at home which has a red hood which could be an option if we cannot find another suitable option. 

Location Shots - Harvington

As a group we decided to take shots of the same location at four different times to get different ideas of lighting. I went to Harvington woods in Beckenham and took four separate photo's at 4:00, 4:30, 5:00 and 5:30.

We have chosen Ellen to play Red in our sequence, as we think she has the kind of look we are going for. Originally, Little Red Riding Hood has dark hair, however, to give it a modern twist, we are using someone with blonde hair.

We are also preparing to take pictures of the location in order to set the scene of the opening sequence, the locations include:

1. Red's room (Hannah's brother's room - black and white interior)
2. Harvington woods (testing out the following times to check the amount of light)
